Dear Ones,
I have now been in MA for a week.
Coming "home" is good, picking up pieces of my life for so many years here.
I am well, no COVID even with travelling about 10.000 miles and connecting with a few hundred people in about 30 states. I just got my second shingles shot and flu shot, and was wiped out for a day. fatigue is my only symptom, but I am so grateful it is my only one, even though it means giving up some things I want to do.
My friends in Amherst have been so king to allow me to stay in their home--I am so grateful.
I have reconnected with my daughter Karuna, and many friends. Today I will be with Karuna and my son Jon--so good. I will see my daughter Angie and her partner Jack soon, and my Vermont "sacred sister" group in October.
I saw many unbelievable beautiful places, but connecting with people: family and friends, has left my hear forever warm and I feel so much love for all of them, and the ones I met new along the way mean so much to me.
My Florida mobile home has been missed by the hurricanes so far. I look forward to seeing my friends there in about a month--and another 1500 miles, Oh my!
Blessings, Alia
